Job description

• 
  Take the position as onboard “Offshore operations Manager” or “Supervisor” during execution of our projects
  
• Plan, prepare and execute marine operations, including laying and trenching of subsea high voltage cables and umbilicals.
  
• Supply operational input during the project engineering phase, including establishing methods and procedures.
  
• Technical review and suitability survey of vessels and barges
  
• Operational follow-up of subcontractors and suppliers
  
• Ensure that project and corporate QA and HSE requirements are implemented throughout the operational phases of a project
  
• Supply

• Nautical college/training according to STCW requirements
  
• Minimum 10 years experience as Master mariner/Mate and/or minimum 5 years experience as Operational Manager/Supervisor of offshore construction operations.
  
• Experience from cable/umbilical laying and trenching operations would be seen as an advantage.
  
• Project execution experience
  
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, Norwegian and English
