Our Head Office is located in Rhoon adjacent to the port of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Most of our staff are experienced ex-seafarers who are able to give good advice on flag choice, company structure, cost control, maintenance planning, safety & security & environmental subjects, implementation of (new) legislation and implementation of specific customers requirements.

Certification: Certificate of Competence Chief Engineer

 Job description / Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper functioning of main propulsion installation and power supply
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and routine (daily, weekly, monthly, etc…)maintenance and inspections of main engine, auxiliary engines, deck installations and all other (technical) installations (such as the tender and “toys”)
• Responsible for engine room stock management
• Responsible of carrying out shipboard administration (stock lists, maintenance records, logbooks, other documentation);
• Responsible for energy-saving policy on board
• Report to Manager and owner

Function requirements

• Excellent references
• Expert knowledge of mechanical and electronic equipment onboard
• Able to order and utilize products resulting in minimum ship waste
• Able to keep engine rooms and technical spaces clean at all times
• Hard work and discretion essential
• Flexibility
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in yachting industry.
• Experienced in tender handling
• Valid STCW95 endorsement Chief Engineer
• Valid documents & medical certificate
