Most of our staff are experienced ex-seafarers who are able to give good advice on flag choice, company structure, cost control, maintenance planning, safety & security & environmental subjects, implementation of (new) legislation and implementation of specific customers requirements

Job description

Certification:

• Certificate of Competence Master All Ships (II/2, IV/2)
• Specialized Oil training certificat
• Specialized Chemical training certificate

Job description / Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety and security of ship, cargo & crew;
• Responsible for cargo-operations;
• Representative of company;
• Responsible for certificate control onboard;
• Reporting of hazardous situations, accidents or other non conformities to the Designated Person;
• Responsible for shipboard administration;
• Main contact for charterer(s);
• Responsible for environment on board and surroundings of the vessel.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Management System operated by the company;
• Leadership-capacities;
• Good ability to organise;
• Good knowledge of the English language (writing, reading and speaking);
• Good communicative and administrative skills.
• Approx. 4 years of experience on similar vessels
