Experienced Field Surveyor needed working in China, the most fast-growing area in the world.

Employer:

One of the big four ship classification society worldwide.

Location:

Jiangyin / Nantong / Ningbo in China.

Contract length:

At lease one year contract.

Requirement:

• A solid background in marine surveys. Specializing in hull is most preferable, followed by machinery.
  
• Bachelor degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with relevant experience would be preferred.
  
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a relevant position in the shipbuilding industry.
  
• Understanding and good basic knowledge of marine classification, marine repairs, periodical, statutory, materials and equipment surveys as necessary
  
• Good command of English: Both Oral and Written.
