- To assist our clients in developing effect safety regimes within environments where our surveyors work.
- To manage the PPE ordering process, ensuring the appropriateness of PPE supplied, and it’s prompt delivery.
- To proactively work out and encourage all staff to identify and report Near Misses
- To organize the China Safety Forum, and liaise with other interested parties.
- Monitoring the completion of workplace inspection corrective actions.
- Investigation of HS&E incidents, and application of preventative actions.
- To Deliver safety training and awareness sessions internally and externally
- Liaising with and supporting local first aides and fire wardens.
- To continuously review the Risk Register and escalate proposals for update as deemed necessary
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Risk Management or related subjects
- Five years minimum working experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Ten Years minimum industrial experience
- Good knowledge of Chinese regulations, codes and standards for HSE, preferably also knowledge about international codes
- Fluent in English (CET 4 or equiv.) and Mandarin.
- Experience in Project Management an advantage
